Drowned mobs won't drop Tridents 1.21.4

My friends & I were playing on a minecraft Java server & noticed that no drowneds were dropping tridents at all so we have gone into creative testing worlds & extensively tested & found that no drowneds drop tridents in 1.21.4.

The testing consisted of a repeating command block spawning in regular drowneds & another command block killing all drowneds without tridents, then I would manually kill all trident drowneds with a looting 3 netherite sword. We used this exact same testing on other versions (we tested on 1.20 & 1.21.3) & found that on these other versions, tridents do drop.

I am happy to provide evidence of my findings, footage of the testing, etc etc if required.
