Generating Environment: Environment[sessionHost=https://sessionserver.mojang.com, servicesHost=https://api.minecraftservices.com, name=PROD] 2 times on 1 launch

My server is a Paper Server running the latest version

With the plugin: 

• Citizens, CoreProtect, DeluxeHub, Essentials, EssentialsChat, EssentialsSpawn, FastAsyncWorldEdit, LuckPerms,PlaceholderAPI, ProtocolLib, Skript, Vault, VotingPlugin
  The only fix to this its to run it without plugins, i tested each one and it was none of them that was making the problem
  There is no danger to this, is just that it generated 2 environment 
  I asked Paper support they said that is not there code
