Split magma cubes and slimes inherit portal cooldown from parent

Send a large or medium magma cube or slime through a portal. Kill it on the other side. The offspring will not teleport because they inherited the parent's portal cooldown.

This is not in the changelogs for any recent updates from 1.21 onwards, so I believe it is an unintended change.
