me and my friends always play this server but today i tried joining i got it but rite when i got in i got this error and the game closed

*What I expected to happen was mine craft to start so i can play on faction like everyday

*What actually happened was that rite when i join the server minecraft closed and i got the error

1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. i logged in like usual
3. i went to multiplayer like always
4. i joined the server i played.
5. minecraft crashed
