Mace smash attack no longer deals knockback to players that weren't directly attacked

The Bug:

Mace smash attack no longer deals knockback to players that weren't directly attacked.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get two players and label them "Player A" and "Player B".
2. Get "Player A" to stand still next to an armor stand and have "Player B" obtain a mace.
3. Get "Player B" to perform a smash attack on the armor stand and observe if "Player A" receives knockback.

Observed Behavior:

Mace smash attack no longer deals knockback to players that weren't directly attacked.

Expected Behavior:

Mace smash attack would deal knockback to players that weren't directly attacked.
