Untinted grass block top is visible using powder snow

How to reproduce

As of 1.21.2, the untinted top texture for grass blocks can now be seen in-game due to powder snow not occluding it. This is undesirable.

How to reproduce

1. Place powder snow on grass
2. Go inside of it

Expected results

The untinted grass block top texture would not be visible.

Actual results

It now is.

How to fix

I've attached a resource pack that fixes this, by changing the snowy grass block model so that its top texture points to the powder snow texture instead, fixing this issue.
