Villagers cannot use plains biome blast furnaces

This bug has been around since 1.14, probably. The armourer (blast furnace) building in plains biome villages have a brick block on top of them preventing villagers from acquiring them as job sites. While trivial to fix by breaking the brick, plains villages cannot naturally have armourers as a result.
