Stuck in the Void on a Minecraft Server and can't get out.

So, I'm in the nether and I die to a cave spider (This is a modded multiplayer Server named: Minewind) and I get an Error message in chat about a code that goes along the lines of 865 I think, (This happened yesterday at 8:50PM I think) Then I show up in the void with all my stuff and I go to my inventory and see me slanted over and dead but I'm still alive then it gets to the point where I can't eat I can't do the command: /Home Raving Caving or /Spawn (It make you tp to spawn or Your set home) so now I'm just hopeless and couldn't find any reddit post or anything on it I really want my stuff back. (One thing I can do is chat in chat but comes up with the Error: "Chat is Disabled in client options.) Please Help me and God bless your soul!
