Swiping

scrolling is busted, just tried a build it (or guess the build[i forgot the name] ) on minecraft in creative i was the builder, and the swiping didn't let me go down to scroll more to get the usable item, it just wouldn't scroll down at all to what I need. can someone please fix the issue, please..
