Black Screen when ALT+Tab or pressing Windows Key

Hi,
I recently changed my monitor from 1080p 240Hz to 1440p 360Hz. Unfortunately, when I set it to maximum resolution and hertz and then tab out of the game or press the Windows key, I get a completely black screen for about 2 seconds.
The problem does not exist if I set the monitor in Windows to 240Hz 1440p.
The current version 1.21.3 does not work either
Please help!
