Holding Shift Right-Click no longer moves Multiple Items (Affects Versions 1.21.3)

Holding Shift Right-Click on Items No longer speed moves multiple items.

What I expected to happen was...:
To have the items quickly empty from my inventory into a chest by holding Shift Right-Click and hovering over them

What actually happened was...:
Have to hold Shift and click individual items which is much slower

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a chest

2. Open said chest

3. Hold Shift Right-Click over items in inventory as if to speed move them

4. Watch only One item move instead of any that are hovered over
