Cape not appearing

I know its late but could never figure out how to contact you but when converted Mojang accounts or something you did you would receive a cape I never got a cape and always wanted one its fine if you can't do anything now, but I was hoping I could get a cape for it please. 

And it's hard to contact you sorry for wasting your time and using the report a bug option
