all but one Villager disappearing after a raid.

I play in a smp paper server set on easy mode and use lunar client. I have built a tall castle with a village within it.

During a raid pillagers struggled to spawn in the castle and each time  I win a raid, all mobs especially villagers disappear leaving only one villager . All of them are safe from any form of danger from simple fall damage to hostile mobs having access to them(i trapped them in their rooms). Basicly a big bright box high up. This is specific to the village in my castle and no other. Ive experienced this three times now. Twice today and once yestarday.
