Update impacts "/ride" command.

Multiple projects I was working on used a quirk of the /ride command. Previously, entities that were teleported would remain riding other entities. This was very beneficial as I could use this to change an entity's rotation, while keeping it "glued" to another entity. This bypassed the need to constantly teleport an entity to another.

Once I updated to 1.23.3, so I could play with my baby cousins, several special-effects I created broke. Reverting to 1.23.1 allowed me to fix these.

 

Possible fix:

Can this behavior be altered by a gamerule in the future? I understand this change was made for accessibility, and likely won't be reverted. A gamerule toggle would benefit everyone.
