Realms Major Issues

What I expected to happen was...:

Enjoy the Realms, be able to edit worlds, download worlds, and reset worlds.

What actually happened was...:
I have an active Minecraft Realm that was recently purchased. I am missing many options to edit worlds, reset worlds, or access backups to world. Of my 3 worlds, in order, these are the ONLY options I have when I attempt to configure the realm: World Options, World Backups, and Reset World. There is no way for me to download a backup, edit, or manage World #3. I am able to access every world and play in them so they are not corrupted.
