Armourer Villager Path Finding Issue

My First Report: Found a villager in various plains villages got stuck on trying to get to the blast furnace for a job as a armourer in the armourer house. He is standing on the smooth stone blocks behind the furnace structure like hiding behind. Must've been a path finding issue...
