Audio Issue on 1.21.3

Minecraft does not display any sound except the Narrator if I activate him. I checked all Audio options and tried the F3 + S and F3 + T combination multiple times. I also tried any solutions I could find online, none of these have worked. Everywhere else the sound is fine so it's not an issue on my end, Minecraft also does register my headphones since as I said above the Narrator of all things does work, just not any other sounds.
