Arrows and tridents move after hitting a block in flowing lava

When arrows and tridents hit a block and touch flowing lava, they slightly spin. This did not occur in 1.21.1.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a flowing lava pool on a superflat world
2. Shoot an arrow or trident into the flowing part of the lava

It spins after that unless you shoot it vertically above the lava source block.
