Realm Subscription was taken but it's still expired

After the free realm trial, the reacurring billing took the next payment for the subscription a few weeks ago but in the game the realm comes up as expired. 

Within Microsoft the subscriuption is in place with no issues. 

Has anyone found a fix for this?
