Mace with Wind Burst Triggers Redstone

Using a Mace with the Wind Burst enchantment triggers nearby redstone.  This was reproduced on a flat creative world.  A command block was setup nearby as well as a circuit to light up a  redstone lamp.

This as originally discovered on a server running  Minecraft Java 1.21.1 and also reproduced in 1.21.3.
