Mace cooldown skip

if you hit a player with a sharpness 5 sword and quickly switch to breach 4 mace with strength 2 effect, if you time it perfectly, you can kill a player with 1 crit to a full netherite armor player, this doesn't work on mobs, this also ruined the combat pvp.
