Creakings spawned from a creaking heart can be name-tagged once again

The Bug

Creakings spawned from a creaking heart can be name-tagged once again. This feature was removed in 1.21.2 Pre-Release 1, presumably because creakings always despawn during the daytime.

This is probably due to the merging of the creaking and creaking_transient. The creaking will still despawn during the day when name-tagged.

This change wasn't mentioned in the changelogs, which suggests it may have been unintentional.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Summon a creaking from a creaking heart.
2. Attempt to name the creaking with the name tag.

Observed Results

The creaking can be name-tagged and despawn nonetheless.

Expected Results

Creakings from creaking hearts would not be able to be name-tagged.
