Rabbits can get stuck under azaleas

The Bug:

Rabbits can get stuck under azaleas.

It appears that MC-150224 wasn't fully fixed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down some azaleas.
2. Summon some rabbits nearby and wait for the rabbits to go under the azaleas.
3. Observe the behavior of the rabbits.

Observed Behavior:

Rabbits can get stuck under azaleas.

Expected Behavior:

Rabbits can get stuck under azaleas.
