When items land on the edge of falling water, they float upwards

A source block of water is placed between 4 blocks, so it does not spread out. It is creating falling water, into a hole in the ground, so it doesn't spread out.

When an item is dropped on the floor, just on the edge of the falling water column, the item will float upwards.
