I crash on world load or bootstrap

I can't play the game, because even if I open a new superflat world, I crash when I load in. Sometimes I crash on bootstrap as well, taking me 2-3 attempts till I can get to the main menu. Some errors say, "an unexpected error has occurred, we're sorry for the inconvenience." or it says I have outdated graphics drivers, but I fully updated them and have no screen recording software.
