Noteblock didgeridoo sound does doesn't work on carved_pumpkin and jack_o_lantern

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place the normal pumpkin, carved_pumpkin and jack_o_lantern.
2. Place the noteblocks on top of them.

Observed Results:
Only the normal pumpkin changes the instrument of the noteblock to a didgeridoo. The noteblocks above the carved pumpkin and jack-o-lantern remain playing the sound of a harp, which is the default instrument of the noteblock.

Expected Results:
All the noteblocks should be changed into didgeridoo.
