Blazes and ghasts griefing the map with gamerule mobGriefing false

Even if gamerule mobGriefing is set to false, blazes and ghasts are still able to create fire blocks should their fireballs miss the player, and this can effectively burn some parts of the map down, and also destroy some blocks right away (like redstone wire).
