Invalid NBT tag BeamTarget

When I want to modify the target of an ender crystal I use the NBT {BeamTarget:{X:0,Y:0,Z:0}} which works until I update to 1.20.6.

I try the data get and there is no tag about beamtarget in the entity data after I use the data modify or summon an crystal with the NBT in command.
Besides I summoned a dragon and placed a crystal nearby and found that a connecting end crystal has no BeamTarget NBT.
