Creaking heart's creative tab is inconsistent with Infested blocks

Creaking heart is in spawn eggs tab, while infested blocks are in functional blocks tab. Both of them are blocks and they can summon some mobs, so they should be in the same tab (or both in spawn eggs and functional blocks tab).
