The Bug:

Sculk sensors are not activated upon resin clumps spawning from creaking hearts.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a creaking using a creaking heart.
2. Place a sculk sensor next to the creaking heart.
3. Attack the creaking so that resin clumps spread near the creaking heart and observe if the sculk sensor activates.

Observed Behavior:

Sculk sensors are not activated.

Expected Behavior:

Sculk sensors would be activated.
