Cand load load minecraft When im using Windows 7 Ultimate??? plz help

Uhm im trying to load mine-craft I logged in and everything but it said im using windows vista when im on a Windows 7 ultimate, I don't understand how get passed this since the error is beyond my brain function lol thanks for any help I really need build somthing..!
