Experience orbs incorrectly bounce up

When experience orbs drop from above they briefly bounce up before teleporting to the ground again.

Note: Experience orbs bouncing would be pretty cool actually

Reproduction Steps

• Kill an ender dragon or run /summon experience_orb ~ ~-4 ~ while flying above the ground
• Observe the experience orbs

Observed results

• The experience orbs bounce back up before teleporting to the ground again

Expected results

• Experience orbs wouldn't be bouncy (or they wouldn't abruptly teleport to the floor)
