Minecraft 1.20.1 sound problem

I want to play minecraft 1.20.1 but I'm having a weird sound glitch. I can confirm that it's not because of fabric (I tried it without it), but it's because of the version as I tried 1.21.1 and it worked without any problems. I tried searching but all I got was problems about no sound which isn't relevant to me.

P.S. The version is 1.20.1 but for some reason only 1.21.3 is available
