cannot add NBT to items in custom crafting recipe datapacks

1.21 introduced a new crafting recipe system, and in pre 1.21 versions, you could make custom crafting recipe datapacks, where the output has custom nbt data, such as {display:{Name:'

{"text":"Custom item name!"}

'}}, and for a selective few snapshots between the two, such as 24w11a, you could have items with custom nbt such as the new custom_name tag come out of a crafting recipe.

Could you please re-implement this feature?
