Problem with Full Screen

Hi, i have a problem with Minecraft, i cannot play on fullscreen because the game crashes (in old versions) and the last five versions of the game just freeze after press F11 or press Fullscreen on setting.

RX 6600XT, I7 10700F, 16GB 3200MHz.

The game works fine in the driver version  24.4.1, but after update the driver the game stop working. But if i use the old driver i can't play other games

 

Edit: Minecraft Bedrock works normally, its like OpenGL was the problem
