when i try to open minecraft with forge it say an error (exit code:1)

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected minecraft to launch and that I would play it

What actually happened was...:
when I open with minecraft forge (any version)
it gives me this error "exit code:1". I saw many videos on how to solve this problem and they all said that it was a problem with a faulty mod, but how do I remove the only mod that I put in the "mods" folder of Minecraft it doesn't start anyway, I also saw videos that said which was the problem of the wrong version of java but I tried to install the version that requires forge, it still doesn't start, I wanted to ask if you know how to solve this problem.(the version i want to play with forge is "1.21.1")

Steps to Reproduce:

1. open minecraft (with forge)

2.start minecraft 
3. it will ""open""

4.it will show the launcher again with the error
