Sand starts falling when placed on 2 or more snow layers

How to reproduce:
1. Place between 2 and 8 snow layers
2. Place a block of sand on top.

Observed behaviour:
Sand starts to fall after beeing placed on the snow layers

Expected behaviour:
Multiple snow layers should be able to support a block of sand, since sand cannot replace them when falling.
