Fully charged horse jump bar has stray pixels on the right

When a horse's jump bar or camel's dash bar is fully charged, the bar's texture has a stray white line on the far right.

Steps to reproduce:

Ride a tamed horse or camel with a saddle, then hold the jump button until the bar is fully charged.
