Banner Pattern "Bordure Indented" Missing from Loom

What I expected to happen was...:
that I would be able to create banners using the "bordure indented" pattern on the loom.

What actually happened was...:
when I tried to create this banner, all patterns except "bordure indented" were present.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a banner
2. Use the loom normally
3. Try to find "bordure indented" as a pattern
