Piston doesn't retract

If a Piston is activated by a redstone torch right above it, it doesn't retract when that torch is deactivated. Even when the torch is removed, the piston stays extended.

(Also, this Bug is in 1.21.0 but for some reason I could only select 1.21.3 because 1.21.0 "doesn't exist")
