Throwing Ender pearl on nether portal can freeze your world and unable to reopen it again

Ive done multiple throw of ender pearl on nether portal and works perfectly fine until this happened. When i check the log i found a warning level that says:

it happened that i hit the screen record button and capture everything happened

I cant open my world it freeze on loading screen, i also tried the "optimized this world" it open the world but also freeze right away probably my world got corrupted.
