What I expected to happen was...:
The sugar cane can be ripened with bone meal in Java edition.Since it can work in Bedrock edition, I think its reasonable that you can also make the sugarcane growing fater with bonemeal

What actually happened was...:
The sugar cane cannot be ripened with bone meal in Java edition

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put the sugarcane
2. add bonemeal
3. nothing happened
