Piglins and hoglins still say "retreats" in subtitles when in an unsafe dimension

The bug

According to MC-98316, the subtitles for minecraft:piglin and minecraft:hoglin in a dimension where they convert to the zombified form have been fixed so that they no longer display as "retreats". Evidently a regression must have happened since, as these unintuitive subtitles have made a return.

How to reproduce

1. Spawn a piglin or hoglin in the Overworld or End

Expected results

Subtitles that make sense.

Actual results

They're retreating from something, apparently. No idea what it is.

How to fix

Introduce dedicated sound events for these mobs being in a bad dimension so that more descriptive subtitles can be attached.
