Creakings activate for a brief moment when switching from Creative to Spectator mode

The Bug

Switching from Creative to Spectator mode while the creaking is idle will activate for a split second before returning to its idle state. The time it remains activated when switching to Spectator mode varies.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn a creaking using a spawn egg or a creaking heart between two pale oak logs at nighttime.
2. Go near the creaking in Creative mode.
3. Switch to Spectator mode, and observe the creaking.

Observed Results

The creaking activates for a second when switching from Creative to Spectator mode.

Expected Results

Creakings would stay idle when switching from Creative to Spectator mode.
