Creatures ridden by players using the/ride command are not affected by the/tick freeze command

You can reproduce this bug by following these steps:
1. Use the command/tick freeze to freeze the game.
2. Use the/ride command to ride an AI equipped entity.
3. It can be observed that this entity can operate normally.
