Space between usernames and chat messages does not appear to be translatable

Discovered while testing MC-277692.

The bug

A space character exists after usernames and before chat messages. This appears to be hardcoded, and cannot be changed via translation strings.

A resource pack is attached which gives spaces a texture so that the fact that this is, indeed, a space can be confirmed.

How to fix

Introduce a proper translation for this space.
