Attribute "follow_range" is ineffective to creaking

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Summon a creaking that the "follow_range" is 100.
    /execute summon minecraft:creaking run attribute @s minecraft:follow_range base set 100
  2. Far away from the creaking about 50 blocks.
  3. Change your gamemode to survival or adventure and turn your back to the creaking.

Observed Results:
The creaking is idle instead of chase you.

Expected Results:
The creaking chase your and you can freeze it by looking at it.

There is a video in a Chinese Netdisk(The code is 0000):https://pan.baidu.com/s/1yLaTUURdmPXmia6UJAWnxQ?pwd=0000
You can see the creaking doesn't chase me, even if I don't look at it, when I close it, it will be freeze and attack me after I turn back. This issue doesn't happen to silverfish, it will chase me from a long distance.
