Enchanting table phrases appear to be hardcoded

The bug

Unlike most of the other text in-game, which either uses translation strings or is defined in a file in assets/minecraft/texts, the words used in the enchanting table (which use the SGA font) do not appear to be resource pack configurable at all - no file nor translation strings appear to exist.

How to fix

Introduce a file in the texts folder for these phrases, or make them translatable.
