No distinction is made between pistons extending and retracting in subtitles

The bug

There are two different sound events for pistons: one for pushing and one for pulling. However, both use the same subtitle.

Expected results

There would be two subtitles, for example "Piston extends" and "Piston withtracts".

Actual results

There is only "Piston moves".

This is distinct from MC-98316 as it concerns cases where one sound event is used for multiple different in-game occurrences. Pistons correctly have separate sound events for on and off.
