Cape does not move away from the player's body when walking backwards

The bug

When walking forwards, the player's cape will move backwards. However, when walking backwards, it will not, causing the player's legs to clip inside of it.

How to fix

To stop this clipping, the player's cape could move backwards just enough that their legs won't intersect it.
